The chain is REAL gold - not plated or filled. Stamped 10K- with genuine round cut diamonds securely pave set within the diamond spheres. A border of diamonds set along the border of the cross. White diamonds set on the connecting medallion. The diamonds are all set in an invisible pave setting.
